Homestead plans Columbia City units

SEATTLE — Directly west of Columbia City Station is a bare little triangle on the corner of South Angeline Street. It's owned by the city and was part of a series of surplus properties conveyed from Sound Transit some five years back.

The intent then was to create affordable housing, and we've since seen some new apartment plans for the larger sites. The smaller ones are mostly bound for townhouses.
