The building's L shape will open west toward 12th Street and Lake Bellevue.

Names and addresses keep changing at the Alexandria Center for Science and Technology, a 10-acre multifamily and life-science campus to rise just west of the Spring District in Bellevue. The $77 million land sale came about four years ago, with planning then well advanced.
