1301 Second rebranding as JPMorganChase Center

Hammering in front, banking in back.

Another significant tenant is decamping 1201 Third Ave. for 1301 Second Ave. And having announced the move last week, which is also a consolidation, JPMorganChase will get to put its name on what we now call the Russell Investments Center. (Long ago, you'll recall, it was HQ to WaMu.)
