Forever 21 building trades for $8M

The buyer wasn't named, and King County hadn't recorded the $8 million deal before deadline Friday.

SEATTLE — Nordstrom Rack still hasn't confirmed its eastward move from Westlake Center to the vacant former Forever 21 building at 601 Pine St. That plan emerged last month, as the DJC and others reported.
