HAL now planning 180 Fremont units

SEATTLE — HAL Real Estate added to an apartment development site last year at 3615 Woodland Park Ave. N. As the DJC reported that summer, Public47 Architects is preparing the design for the corner assemblage, at North 36th Street.

Now we have a bit more detail. Not yet in design review, the eight-story project is to have 170 to 180 units.
