King County Housing Authority pays $46M for 246 Kent units

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — The Haven apartments, at 25426 98th Ave. S., sold last week for a stated $46 million. The buyer was the King County Housing Authority.

KCHA announced the deal last Friday, and said that Haven will operate as affordable housing. Allied Residential is to be the property manager.
