On the corner of First and Lenora in Belltown is the onetime home to Orvis and, before that, Urban Hardwoods. James Yalowitz at Kidder Mathews represents the space for longtime building owner the Moscatel family. With its entry on the slope down Lenora, Pioneer Collective already has about 20,000 square feet of co-work space. Now, says Kidder, it's taking the 6,600 square feet upstairs on First. Pioneer has been in the Guiry Schillestad Building since 2021, and its Chris Hoyt said in a statement, “Even with the challenges downtown has faced, Belltown has been a great neighborhood for us. Almost since opening, we've wanted more space at this location, and we're excited that we finally have the opportunity to expand.” Public47 Architects will design the new expansion, with Goudy to be the builder.
