16 Green Lake units sell for over $6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A mixed-use apartment complex at 6823-6827 Oswego Place N.E. sold this week for nearly $6.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was original developer Hargiss Properties, which acquired the land in the early 1990s for $305,000, then later put up the two buildings.
