SEATTLE — Last week, Seattle Development Partners and Neiman Taber Architects pitched a possible 70-unit apartment plan for an Uptown parking lot once owned by Martin Selig Real Estate. (It's now controlled by a receiver for Goldman Sachs.)
This week: same plan, different parcel, same team. Possibly to be replaced is a small two-story office building from the 1950s, at 506 Second Ave. W. It's immediately north of the corner lot that was subject to last week's near-identical plan.
