For over $3M, SPU sells townhouse site

SEATTLE — A midblock row of houses and apartments sold this week for $3.5 million, according to King County records. They extend from 21-41 W. Dravus St.

The seller was Seattle Pacific University, which had owned the four parcels for decades. They're a block east of campus.
