48 Pierce County units trade for $6M

LAKEWOOD — The Meadowbrook apartments, at 7515 146th St. S.W., sold last month for $6 million.

Pierce County only recorded the sale this week. The seller was Yuan Shang's Meadowbrook Apartments LLC, which acquired the property in 2005 for $1.6 million.
