Vestar lands new tenant in Renton

Vestar owns the retail component of The Landing, in Renton, which also has some separate apartment buildings. The shopping center has a multiplex, medical clinics and dozens of shops and services. Acting as its own broker, Vestar recently added Color Me Mine to its tenant roster. It's a national ceramics painting studio. Anna Yantorni and Steve Yantorni own the local franchise operation, and said in a statement, “We're proud to open our doors in Renton, and look forward to giving back to a city that means so much to us.” Privately held Vestar has over 1 million square feet in our market, and over 30 million square feet nationally.
