CBRE has more to say about Centennial sale

In Belltown, Centennial Court and Centennial Tower have 418 units, per the county. CBRE says 408, and now says it brokered the over $130 million sale that the DJC reported early this month. Turns out, the Belltown trade was part of a $400 million national portfolio sale between seller Equity Residential and buyer JRK Property Holdings, of Los Angeles. The other two properties, with 395 units, are in New Jersey and Southern California. Here, a $79.2 million Freddie Mac loan was sourced by CBRE's Ryan Greer. That company also now says that its Rachel Parsons, Derrek Ostrzyzek and Kenji Thomas represented Equity. Parsons added, “This portfolio sale underscores the continued demand for high-quality, core-plus multifamily assets in key gateway markets.”
