Upzone, and future apartments, brewing for old Bellevue shopping center

The 10-acre Evans Plaza shopping center is immediately north of state Route 520, just east of Viewpoint Park.

Plans emerged last fall to rezone the Evans Plaza shopping center in Bellevue.
