For over $35M, Google acquires Redmond building

REDMOND — An industrial building at 17275 N.E. 67th Court sold this week for a bit over $35.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was UCP Marymoor LLC, associated with Unico Properties, which acquired the building in 2019 for $23.5 million.

The buyer was Google, which has been the sole tenant for several years now. The building is on the immediate east side of Marymoor Park, next to the climbing wall. It's also a very short walk to the light-rail station.
