Wallingford offices trade for over $3M

SEATTLE — The Windermere Real Estate building at 1920 N. 34th St. sold this week for $3.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was WLV LLC, associated with Windermere founder John Jacobi. It acquired the land in 2007 for $1.5 million, then later developed the building on the corner of Meridian.
