Empty Walgreens finds a buyer

SEATTLE — A vacant Walgreens at 9456 16th Ave. S.W. sold last week for a little over $2.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Spirit WG Seattle WA LLC, a California investor that acquired the property in 2003 for a bit over $6 million. The drugstore was then new. It closed last September. You could place it in the south end of Delridge or in White Center.
