U District assemblage comes to market

SEATTLE — As the DJC reported in October, there were two neighboring apartment proposals just east of Scarecrow Video. Both had master use permits. Then the south owner bought out the north owner, yielding a five-lot assemblage at and around 5031 11th Ave. N.E.

Now it could be yours. Windermere Real Estate's Steven Weber put it on the market last week, asking $7.6 million. On offer are 18,692 square feet, with zoning up to eight stories. So that's about $406 per square foot.
