On SPU property, with CBRE as the broker, Alliance files 221-unit apartment plan

There’s no asking price for the two blocks, which together span about 3 acres.

As the DJC reported last June, Seattle Pacific University then put two blocks on the market, near but not on its main campus, with CBRE as its broker. Offers were due in August for what the broker calls the north and south blocks on Nickerson.
