Weidner and Compass move above ground on 231 Woodinville units

The jobsite was quiet during a visit last weekend.

There was no announcement for the recent demolition of an old business park at 17311 135th Ave. N.E. in downtown Woodinville. That apparently came in September, based on the “No Parking” signs. Today, Phase VI of Woodin Creek Village is about one level above grade, as the DJC confirmed with a weekend visit.
