Puyallup warehouse could be yours to build

The nearly 8-acre site is just north of the railroad tracks and south of the Puyallup River.

The $4.2 million land sale, to Fortress Investment, came back in 2021. Plans emerged not long after to replace an old cold storage plant, at 240 15th St. S.E., with a modern warehouse. The Washington Cold Storage plant has since been razed.
