A rare office sale in Lynnwood is worth over $48M

Westport Capital didn’t lose money in the sale of Redstone I, a welcome anomaly these days.

Late last month in Lynnwood, an office building at 19020 33rd Ave. W. sold for nearly $48.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.
