36 S. Everett units trade for $12M

EVERETT — An apartment complex at 3309 132nd St. S.E. sold late last month for $12 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Outstanding Creekside LLC, which apparently acquired the property in 2016 in a zero-dollar 1031 exchange property swap.
