Altaire at Jackson Park opens 207 affordable units in Pinehurst

Olson Projects designed the Altaire, with an E-shaped footprint that extends uphill from 15th.

The city issued a certificate of occupancy in mid-January for the affordable housing project known as Altaire at Jackson Park. The DJC paid a visit last weekend to 14343 15th Ave. N.E., east of Jackson Park Golf Course, and SRM Development announced this week that leasing had begun at the eight-story, 207-unit building.
