Columbia City units trade for $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 5033 37th Ave. S. sold this week for $10 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Lilac Lodge LLC, which is associated with Southeast Effective Development (aka SEED). That nonprofit acquired the affordable housing property in 1996 for $1.2 million.
