Evergreen Treatment has MUP, plus new federal money, for SoDo facility

    ETS owns the site at 1740 Airport Way S., immediately west of the freeway.

    The master use permit came last fall for a planned new SoDo hub for the nonprofit Evergreen Treatment Services. To replace a few old industrial buildings ETS owns at 1740 Airport Way S., immediately west of the freeway, Ankrom Moisan Architects has designed a three-story, 46,000-square-foot building. There, ETS will provide addiction treatment for its clientele — and there will be parking for its mobile outreach vans.
