SeaTac kennel trades for nearly $3M

SEATAC — The former Hillrose Pet Resort, at 2040 S. 142nd St., sold last week for a little over $2.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was MK Ambuehl LLC, a family group that acquired the property in 2005 for $1.8 million.
