Say yes to the No-Jeff? Empty old Spokane hotels poised for mixed-use renovation

Planning for the rehabilitation effort began last year under architect Olson Projects.

A vacant pair of vintage Spokane hotels sold two years ago to local broker/developer RenCorp Realty. At 115 S. Jefferson St., they're on the north side of the railroad tracks and Interstate 90, in that city's old downtown. That once derelict area has seen some successful renovation projects in a few select patches, with new hotels, apartments and brewpubs reviving red-brick buildings.
