Kent selects Mortenson to develop 9-acre Naden Avenue Manufacturing Campus

Preliminary plans call for a smaller Phase I north building on Meeker, followed by a larger Phase II south building on Willis (depicted above).

Early this month, the Kent City Council selected Mortenson Development to be the prime mover for its long-brewing Naden Avenue Manufacturing Campus, which still lacks an address. For that 9.3-acre patch of bare land, the request for proposals went out last summer — as the DJC then reported.
