Conservancy sells Des Moines units

DES MOINES — A small apartment building at 21833 Seventh Ave. S., sold last week for a little over $3.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the nonprofit Nature Conservancy, which acquired the property this past August. That zero-dollar deal was apparently a gift from the estate of a local family. The family had purchased the building in 2003 for about $1.4 million.
