Ballard industrial finds new hands

SEATTLE — An apparently vacant industrial building at 1140 N.W. 46th St. sold this week for almost $3.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Herschel Building LLC, associated with Koerner Camera Systems, which acquired the property in 2023 for $3.8 million. Koerner, of Portland, doesn't seem to have occupied the building after that sale.
