Fife building sells for over $40M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FIFE — An industrial property at 7450 26th St. E. sold last week for $40.2 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was ColFin 2019-2A Industrial Owner LLC, an entity of Link Logistics, which acquired the warehouse in 2019 for $28 million.
