Panattoni and Cornice complete Pioneer Logistics in Puyallup

The tilt-up concrete project took about year to build.

Judging by Google Street View, construction looks to have begun in the fall of 2024 on the Pioneer Logistics building, at 14021 E. Pioneer Way. That's a little east of Puyallup and south of Sumner. Highways 410 and 162 run nearby. Panattoni Development began planning the project before the 2022 land sales. Carlyle Group later came on as a partner.
