For $8M, Brown Bear acquires former home

By JOURNAL STAFF

KIRKLAND — An empty Rite Aid store at 12421 Totem Lake Blvd. N.E. sold this week for $8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kirkland Totem Lake LLC, which acquired the building when new, in 2007, for over $8.5 million. The very prominent corner was once home to a Brown Bear car wash.
