Everett big box sells for over $25M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — A Goodwill store at 2208 W. Casino Road sold 10 days ago for $25.4 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Evergreen Goodwill, which announced the pending deal earlier this month. It had acquired the property in 2011 for $10.9 million.
