Habitat plans affordable units

SEATTLE — Back in the 1990s, for reasons unknown, Union Gospel Mission acquired a pair of duplexes at 7001 42nd Ave. S. Today, Othello Station is one block south, so the 15,657-square-foot property has risen greatly in value.

A townhouse plan emerged in recent years, then went dormant. The duplexes look to have been demolished.
