ULI wants you to cut carb(on)s

The 11:30 a.m. event, at the Financial Center building (1215 Fourth Ave.), is open to ULI members and non-members alike.

Our local chapter of the Urban Land Institute is hosting a March 12 luncheon to address what it calls “low-carbon real estate,” with the Seattle Climate Innovation Hub as its co-sponsor. The two hosts promise that, “This interactive session spotlights emerging technologies positioned to help developers achieve higher efficiency, lower operating costs, carbon-reduction compliance and better financial performance.” The 11:30 a.m. event, at the Financial Center building (1215 Fourth Ave.), is open to ULI members and non-members alike.
