120 units set near Roosevelt Station

SEATTLE — In May of last year, Da Li Properties bought an empty Bank of America branch near Roosevelt Station. Later that year, CBRE put the property on the market, unpriced. Offers were due in November, and a joint venture was also offered.

Whether or not there's a prospective buyer or partner at 6615 Roosevelt Way N.E., Da Li and MZA Architecture filed a new apartment plan this week. It describes an eight-story, 120-unit building with two underground parking levels and some retail bays facing Roosevelt.
