82 Olympia units sell for $20M

OLYMPIA — The Merritt Manor apartments, at 3335 Martin Way E., sold in recent weeks for just under $20 million, according to Northmarq.

It represented the seller, Fourth Street's Merritt Manor LLC, and announced the sale on social media.
