Alliance nearing final permits and land sale for Broadstone 200

By the time Broadstone 200 breaks ground, the 2 Line will have connected to Seattle.

Just west of Interstate 405, the old Bellevue office building at 200 112th Ave. N.E. looks to be vacant. All the signage for departed tenants, GLY included, is gone. A land sale from Columbia Pacific Advisors to Alliance Residential seems to be nearing.
