Augustine buys Selig lot in Uptown

SEATTLE — As planned, Augustine Capital Partners has purchased an Uptown parking lot where it's proposing an eight-story, 119-unit apartment building.

King County recorded the $4 million deal late last week for the asphalt triangle at 220 Elliott Ave. W. When the DJC first reported the scheme in mid-January, Brad Augustine said he hoped the deal would close in February, which it did, via an LLC.
