Costco could anchor 280-acre development near Washington, D.C.

The long-term plan is to develop up to 12 million square feet of retail, residential and life science.

Haven't heard of Viva White Oak? That's because the 280-acre development in Maryland, near our nation's capital, hasn't yet risen above ground. But MCB Real Estate announced this week that our own Costco, based in Issaquah, has been signed as the marquee anchor tenant, with a 162,000-square-foot store planned.
