Capitol Hill retail trades for $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Portions of the Harvard Market retail complex, at 1425 Broadway on Capitol Hill, sold this week for $14.2 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were Harvard Market LLC and Chimney Rock LLC, which are associated with local investors including Morris Groberman and Ron Danz.
