SEATTLE — A purpose-built medical building at 720 Broadway sold this week for $6.5 million, according to King County records.
The seller was the nonprofit Pacific Northwest Research Institute, which acquired the First Hill land in 1987 for $825,000, not long before construction began. Today, the county assesses the building at over $25 million.
