Former Rite Aid sells for $7M

BOTHELL — A mostly empty former Rite Aid building, at 9700 N.E. 191st St., sold this week for $7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Bothell 19107 LLC, which acquired the property in 2010 for nearly $2.5 million.
