Green Lake gym changes hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A Green Lake gym at 466 N.E. 70th St. sold last week for $3.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a trust for the Madden family, which acquired the property in 2005 for $403,800. It's now home to Green Lake Strength & Conditioning.
