SAMMAMISH — The Sahalee Country Club sold this week for $11 million, according to King County records.
The seller at 21200 N.E. Sahalee Country Club Drive was the club, acting as agent for roughly 500 individual owner-members, who had previously approved the deal. The pending sale had been rumored for months.
The buyer of the 27-hole, 210-acre course was EF Investments III LLC, which is associated with Darrin Erdahl, who founded and later sold Guardian Fall Protection.
Sahalee was developed in the mid-1960s on the Sammamish Plateau, when that area was more rural and less residential.
