AMLI's 300-unit Spring District apartment plan takes shape

Looking southwest, Spring is at right.

As the DJC first reported last summer, AMLI Residential then filed an apartment proposal for Block 15 at the Spring District in Bellevue. That signaled the end of a prior office plan from Wright Runstad and Shorenstein Properties.
