Star Sushi finds place on Roosevelt strip

The vacant restaurant sits on one of five parcels in the row along Roosevelt Way.

Sushi Tokyo had a long run on Roosevelt, evidently opening its doors in the 1980s (then also serving teriyaki, perhaps under a different name), before finally shuttering last year.
