City updates code to boost housing

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle recently adopted ordinances 127375 and 127376, updating neighborhood residential and ADU codes.

The city's “Building Connections” webpage explains the code updates are intended to encourage more housing supply compatible with single-family neighborhoods.
